CueNation is a community platform for billiards and pool players, teams, leagues, tournaments, and related activities.
By creating an account, accessing, or using CueNation, you agree to these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform.

CueNation acts as the Data Controller for personal information processed through the platform.
You must be at least 16 years old or the minimum age required under applicable law to use CueNation.
By creating an account, you confirm that your information is accurate and that you are not impersonating another individual.
We collect only information reasonably necessary to operate and improve the platform.
Under GDPR, CueNation may process personal information for contract performance, legitimate interests, consent where required, and legal obligations.
We may use information to operate the platform, manage accounts, support leagues and tournaments, facilitate Find Match, process support requests, improve performance, moderate abuse, and maintain community standards.
CueNation does not sell personal information.
CueNation uses Google Firebase and related Google Cloud services for authentication, database storage, notifications, security, and infrastructure management.
Some service providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where required, CueNation relies on appropriate safeguards recognized under GDPR.
Certain information may be visible to other users, including display name, team affiliation, match participation, tournament results, rankings, and standings.
CueNation provides tools that allow users to connect and arrange matches.
CueNation does not organize, supervise, verify, guarantee, or participate in matches between users. Users participate at their own discretion and risk.
CueNation may use participation history, match feedback, and platform interactions to develop future reputation, verification, trust, and reliability features.
These features are intended only for community purposes.
Users may not harass others, threaten others, use hate speech, submit false information, create fake accounts, impersonate individuals, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt platform operations, or use the platform unlawfully.
CueNation may review reports, investigate misconduct, remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts where appropriate.
All CueNation branding, logos, software, design elements, databases, and platform content remain the property of CueNation unless otherwise stated.
Users retain ownership of content they submit but grant CueNation permission to display and process such content for platform operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CueNation is not liable for user disputes, user-generated content, matchmaking outcomes, offline meetings, tournament participation, league participation, indirect losses, loss of data, or personal injuries resulting from user interactions.
Personal information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to operate the platform, resolve disputes, enforce policies, or comply with legal obligations.
Users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, objection to processing, data portability, or withdrawal of consent where applicable.

Users may lodge complaints with their local supervisory authority. Users in Cyprus may contact the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.

Certain information may be retained where required by law or necessary to protect legitimate interests.
CueNation implements reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. However, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.
CueNation may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following publication of updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
